Well I’ve wanted some Nike Snowboarding boots ever since the start but they all look goofy and I’m not feeling the AF1 look if you know what I mean. I’ve always rocked 32 Lashed boots which are super light and simple lace up…And as soon as I saw the release of the Zoom Kaiju I just knew I would be pulling a Nike Favor. Loaded with Tech like the Zoom Air, Nike Free, and the latest in design the Fly Wire these boots are very much the SHIT. As light as my Lashed, but the liner is out of this world. SUPER SOFT and mad flex are my top 2 things I look for in a good boot and I finally have it….Plus they are simple in design and color so in the words of my fellow SGTers…..BOOOOOOM!!!!
So on 9.30.09, I was barefooting with some friends on Lake Burton. Here are some photos and some video of me hitting a 8″ log with my foot at 40 mph. Let me just say that it hurt like a mother fucker. Honestly one of the most painful things I have ever experienced. Check it.
