SGT superfriend CMB just sent me a link to Outside Magazine’s ranking of Atlanta as #3 on best places to live in the US. Seattle and Colorado Springs round out the top of the podium which is a slap in the face if ever there was one. http://outside.away.com/outside/destinations/200908/best-towns-america-atlanta.html
Im pretty sure if having a city’s name dropped in a hiphop song was on the critieria, ATL would be on top. I am most surprised they failed to mention the Clermont Lounge as the number one reason to move to Atlanta.

I’m getting some new ink soon because I found a tattoo artist who likes Dunks as much as I like ink…here is my rough draft concept. Should I forget about the “Skull” idea and start over? Should I get “SGT” really big somewhere? I’m going for my right rib cage so let me hear your thoughts…and no dick tattoos assholes.

You gotta give it up for a guy with the mighty stones that infamous graffiti artist ZEVS possesses; he was recently arrested in Hong Kong tagging his brand of political art on the Hong Kong flagship Giorgio Armani store.
In Hong Kong for his FIRST solo exhibition of street art, ZEVS hits the bricks to “interpret” the Chanel logo on the exterior of the Giorgio Armani store.
ZEVS, an early and influential graffiti artist and active as a tagger in Paris in the 1990’s, was promptly arrested by Hon Kong authorities
Saying fuck you to the man at the height of your success is supergoodtimes indeed!

The first thing that jumps out to me when I think of the weekend is of getting shot in the stomach by Diamond. When he texted me that he he was on his way and had an awesome surprise for me, I was very excited, and ran down to great him upon arrival. The next thing I see is what appears to be an AK-47 slinging a hail of pellets. It felt like I was back in ‘Nam, or perhaps the victim of a drive-by shooting in my own hood. I was barely XXXII, and saw my entire brief life flash before my eyes – which was kinda cool.
I drank the pain away, and opened the rest of my gifts, which included a XXX Tshirt emblazoned with an eagle and the American flag, and inexplicably also included butterflys. Its like a redneck woman designed a custom airbrush for the tailgate of her F150. It is glorious and matches the red New Era July 4 Edition Braves hat B Rich gave me. Also included was a Tupac VHS tape documentary which I cant wait to watch as soon as I find a VHS player. Diamond came through with 2, countem 2, pairs of Frogskins. There was also copious amounts of alcohol including Hypnotic, a bottle of Crown, and some South GA Plantation Vodka. That is not slang for moonshine, this is real vodka.
We spend the weekend drinking, barefooting, surfing, and blowing the local rednecks minds when the Lee Brothers put on a wakeboarding clinic the likes which have never been seen on the Flint River. We rounded out the evening with a trip to “The Bayou” where rumor has it you can get a $1 bikini lap dance if you go on the right night, or if you wait until your waitress is sufficiently hammered. All in all a glorious time. Look for the videos to come in the near future.

It was a glorious weekend for those who attended….if you weren’t there you might have been missed but who really knows. I don’t feel like writing a whole bunch of useless words or superfuckingrad photos so I’ll half-ass this post at best. First of all I would like to thank Co-Captain ODB for letting a ton of people crash at his pad down on the Flint River. Second I am sorry for shooting you in the ribs with my pellet gun…and most important I would like to thank the word BOOM!. Ok enough is enough here is my top 10 list of things I did plus a few photos, sequence video, and what not.
